These terms apply to you when you use Postministeriet, an email sending service provided by Espenkrona Software Group AB. By creating an account and using the service you accept these terms.
Payment
The service is paid for monthly, according to the plan you have chosen. Your plan sets how many recipients you can send to in a calendar month. All prices exclude VAT.
Use of the service
You are responsible for the email you send through the service. This means that you:
- only send email to recipients who expect it, such as receipts, confirmations and account notices,
- do not send spam, fraud, phishing or malware,
- do not send content that breaks the law,
- only send from domains you have the right to use.
Breach of terms
If you break these terms we may suspend or close your account with immediate effect. Fees already paid are not refunded in that case.
Changes
We may change these terms. The latest version is always on this page.
